Include these details so the relevant answer is easy to locate:

  1. The guide page URL and the sentence, table entry or checker result involved.
  2. The version shown by the original game.
  3. What the game currently shows, including the menu path or the sequence that produces the result.
  4. A screenshot or public source link, if it helps explain the difference.

For example: “On the Lab page, the first price for this card differs from the price shown at level zero in Beta 0.6.3.” If you have already bought levels, include that fact: later prices should not be compared with a starting-price table.

Report a checker problem

For the move checker, include the selected Pokémon, target move, run level, occupied move slots and relevant League members. Tell us whether the problem concerns a missing prerequisite, the explanation or the interface. The tool does not read your game save, so a screenshot of your selections can be helpful.

Get help with the original game

For an in-game bug or account issue, use the reporting and support options provided by pokebonk.com. The game can attach the technical details its developer needs. Our troubleshooting guide can help you identify the symptom and prepare a clear report, but it cannot access the developer’s systems.

For a problem with the homepage player, include your browser and device, whether the game responds after you click or tap inside it, and whether Open original works. State whether the issue concerns full screen, reload, input or the game itself. Do not send browser-storage exports; they can contain account information.

Keep private information out of reports

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or browser-storage exports. Crop screenshots that contain private information. There is no need to share your real name to correct a gameplay number.

For information about data handling, read Privacy.
